Ready to rumble? Here we go with Round 4. Yasuko is getting into some high caliber cooking. From savory to sweet, to sour, to subtle, to my tummy, there is nothing this girl won’t only make, but perfect. Its time I stop loosening my belt loops and time I start a frickin’ cooking channel.
She does it again. Here you go. Bon Appétit!

As many of you know, my wife is an incredible cook. There is not enough I can say about what a delight it is to eat her amazing food, almost every day (which is what I said last time, but it just keeps getting better). Her food is always a special treat; mouth-watering beautiful, whole-heartedly well balanced, and always has a simple Japanese sensibility, that she makes uniquely her own. We often joke that she has little interest in my photography, or art in general, but she herself truly is a master artist in the kitchen. I’ve watched her so many times, and there are so many little tiny details, and you can taste every one with bliss.
Its beyond word really…
…or even photos.
But here they are anyway, a heft installment of nearly 100 plates.
We are presently looking for a bigger place, with a bigger kitchen, where we can someday host some of you. If that comes, please come before the food is ready and learn from her how you can eat like this too. And if you want any recipes, don’t hesitate to ask. And if you have any ideas about sharing this, I’m all ears.
